Educators and administrators are tightly knit with Millennials and Gen Z, as both colleagues and service providers. How we work with younger generations is not the question, but rather how do we integrate their ideas and values into our culture? This workshop will discuss the three major trends we see with Millennials and Gen Z, and the questions associated with those. We will also discuss practical strategies on creating environments in which they thrive both as students and as fellow staff members.
Registration will open at 9:30am with the Keynote Presentation kicking off at 10am. Lunch will be provided.
